Do not have any of these Problems with my video files, all play fine in Virtual DJ and all other video players, with no corrupt error even show in Media info program, only in cross dj program. Sent numerous requests to their support several times over several weeks, nothing but a generic reply , that we will respond soon, but over 3 weeks now, no reply or solutions given. Who would pay for this poorly designed software, and with no support?
